To apply the social events, please register from "the online registration".

Social events are designed to provide a chance for quality relaxation and entertainment during the conference. These events will offer a great opportunity to reestablish old friendships and create new ones with participants.

Welcome Reception, February 17 (Monday) Evening

Fee: Free Light snack and a welcome drink will be served.

Banquet, February 18 (Tuesday) Evening

Date and Time: Tuesday, February 18, 2020, 19:00-20:45
Place: The Westin Hotel Sendai
Fee: 5,000 JPY, *Pre-registration and payment are required
Dress code: Business Casual, Smart Casual

Please join us and share an unforgettable evening. The conference dinner will be the ideal place for networking among participants. Enjoy with some tasty foods and entertaining performances.
It will be an excellent opportunity for participants and invited guest speakers to get to know each other in a relaxed atmosphere.

Fee: 8,000 JPY

Course 2: Sake Brewery 13:30-17:00
Fee: 8,000 JPY

・The reservation deadline is 5pm (17:00) on January 17, Friday, 2020.
・English speaking guide will be accompanied.
・Minimum Participants Required: 30 persons for Matsushima Area, 25 persons for Sake Brewery
*In case the number of applicants does not reach the minimum participants required, the excursion will not be operated. In this case, notification will be sent to you by e-mail before January 17 and your paid fare will be refunded.
